Product Description (Men's Aetrex Lynco Conform Orthotic Posted/Support)
Lynco Comform Orthotics are recommended to protect and comfort the insesitive diabetic foot and the hyper-sensitive arthritic foot. These tri-density orthotics are constructed with a Plastazote® top cover that customizes to the foot during the gait cycle and accommodates pressure "hot spots" for maximum protection.
These orthotics feature a molded Pedic™ core and a Plastazote X-firm bottom for superior resilience and shock absorption.
Designed by a team of doctors and pedorthists, Lynco Conform Orthotics can be easily heat molded for maximum protection and comfort. They are light-weight, resilient and provide unmatched support and stability.
This outsole is posted in the rearfoot to control pronation and rearfoot balance and is recommended for flat or low arch heels. The forefoot provides metatarsal support to comfort the ball of the foot and redistribute weight from the metatarsal area.

I thought I was buying the same inserts that I bought over a year when I was working in Iraq. Apparently the inserts I bought then have been discontinued. These inserts are not nearly as comfortable.
