I raelly liked this shoe insert. I put them for work and my feet did not hurt. I walk on hard floor surfaces at work and all day and i was looking for a good shoe insert for support and I found it.

I'm very happy I found these! I tried them as an alternative to the Birkenstock Blue Footbed, which is more formed, has a higher arch and can be a bit much for my feet in certain shoes. I like these BirkoTex insoles very much and so far have used them in my Ecco Mobile shoes. This insole gives the added cushion and arch support I need, without being too intense for my flat feet and was also comfortable for my lower back. It took just a few wears to conform to my feet. I have heel spurs and plantar fasciitis which is easily aggravated and I've had a heck of a time finding the right combo for some relief. This helps a lot overall. I have narrow feet and the width of these insoles worked fine in this particular shoe without having to trim them; but may not be the case in all shoes. It would be great if these insoles were also available in narrow width options.

Makes older shoes feel good as new

I questioned if this would work in my shoes that I'd been wearing and my old orthotics were wearing out. They didn't have to be cut down or anything, just fit right inside my shoes as if they were made for them. I've had both knees replaced and have a few back problems. Really helped to relieve the pain and make my feet feel good.

I love my other Birkenstock insoles for their deep heel cup and high arch support, both of which take the pressure off of my heels. These Air cushion insoles are a soft latex material with a mild arch, no heel cup and hardly any padding under the heel at all.
