Buxton

Buxton originated in Springfield, Ma. in 1898 when Dana Buxton and his wife, Julia, started the L.A.W. Novelty Co. out of their home on Woodside Terrace. They sold leather novelties for bicycling tourists on the Mohawk Trail. A folded leather key case was their top seller back then. The company name changed to Buxton in 1921, and throughout the years the billfold, women's wallets, a line of men's toilet kits, business accessories and other products followed.
