I like the texture of these socks. Thay are sized a little tight and are difficult to put on my diabetic feet. They seemed to be very tight as if they were compression hose. I bought the size recommended and would only buy them in a much larger size if I were purchasing more.

I needed to control foot and calf swelling. They work great and appear to be normal socks rather than the ugly prescription ones. It seems as if there is some variation in the sizing.
