Bought for my husband. Runs true to size. Was slightly dissapointed with how the brim is not shapeable - but looks good on him anyway. Would recommend to others.

I found the DCP Outdoor 863L an excellent option to the Equator sunshine. I am wearing it in the Amazon region as a definitive sunblock and a nice, elegant accessory. Light and water repelent, I have used it even if its a bit rainning. Really enjoyed it.

I purchased this hat after trying 5 hats by other manufacturers. It just didn't seem the others would hold up in the kind of cool, wet weather I expected while wearing it on a trip to Vancouver, BC. While the fit is just a touch on the large side for the size designation in a strange way it makes it nice and comfortable to wear. The quality, ruggedness, packability, 50+ sun-protection, and that it is water repellent, combined with its good looks to fulfill my wishes in a hat. I expect it to last a good long while and plan to take advantage of the sun protection element to wear it even in warmer, sunny weather.
