Well, I first have to say that the reason I bought them is that I hate socks that do not stay up and these sock stay up great! They are thick and do not look like dress sock very much and I am sure that I could wear them with my softball pants and it would work as well as my athletic socks. It does keep your feet dry as well.

I bought these as I need dress socks that wick moisture and keep my feet dry at work. These work as advertised - I'm pleased with the material but beware of the sizing. I wear a size 11 dress shoe and ordered XL as that was recommended for size 11-13 but the XL is really too big, and there's a bit too much material.
