They shrank more than I expected after the first washing and one pair shows signs of thread pulls.

The description was deceptive. The socks were described as being 80% cotton but 4 of the twelve socks were only 70% cotton. I was looking for 100% cotton and settled for 80% so 70% was not acceptable.
