No Sales Tax

Enjoy no sales tax on every order*. Clothesbuy pays all applicable sales tax for orders shipped in the United States. International orders are not charged sales tax at the time of purchase, but may incur taxes and duties in the customs process of the destination country. You will be responsible for paying any taxes and duties incurred in the delivery of international orders.

* When required, we collect sales tax. The list of states we are required to collect sales tax for appears on the cart screen and, if applicable, the sales tax amount will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page prior to completing your order.

Free Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you*.

Products that you return or exchange must be unworn/unused. Clothesbuy does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.

When making a return or an exchange, Clothesbuy.com will:

  • Provide you a pre-paid shipping label for your order to send your item(s) back to us.
  • Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.
  • For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item. As always, Clothesbuy.com will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.

* Clothesbuy.com's Free Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to orders being returned from International locations (locations outside of the United States) and APO/FPO locations.

If you find a product for a lower price on another website, we will refund you 100% of the difference between the lower price and Clothesbuy's price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at Clothesbuy.com!

Rules:

To receive your refund:

  1. Order the item that you want from Clothesbuy.
  2. Send an email to prices@clothesbuy.com with: (1) your Order Number, (2) the URL of the site where you found the item, and (3) instructions how to find the item.
  3. After receiving your email, Clothesbuy will verify the website where you found the lower price, give you the discount, and send you an e-mail with your new total.
