Your service was great except that the crown of the hat was dented. I love the hat but was too lazy to return it. I can't help but notice the damage since it is right in front. I'm sure that it wasn't shipped out that way. I have even though of buying it again so that I wouldn't have to see the dent but, here again, I have done nothing. Since I really like the hat, its quality, style, etc. I will probably re-purchase it. My other purchases have been of high quality. I will continue to do business with you and recommend you to others.
