I used two pairs of the Gel Heel Liners. I did not like the results I had with either pair. The gel does not adhere properly to the shoe and "rolls" from the top of the liner creating an uncomfortable situation where the shoe does not fit your heel. This could be because the liner needs some stability such as a hard front like the ones I use to buy but cannot find anymore. I would not buy this product again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
