I bought the hat as a uniform requirement and ordered the wrong size. It was no problem to return it and get the right one. Shoebuy made it easy for me to correct MY mistake. The hat came quickly and was well packed . The quality is good and I'll be ordering another one this week!

I first ordered one size too small. No problem, with the return and I got the next size up in a timely manner. Then hat fits great and I really like the coverage of the brim along with the netting to allow the breeze to come through. I love my hat!

I bought this as an outdoor hat (canoing, backpacking) but found it so comfortable and good looking it became my "regular" summer hat. Same hat has traveled to the Boundry Waters Canoe Area to the desert high country of NM (Philmont) and across the rockies. Many miles over 6 summers. Great sun protection with full 3 in. brim and superior venting. Effective strap and interior band. Cleans up nice and reshapes again and again. I've trained others in shopping for gear and recommend this as the best buy as a summer hat you will every find.

My husband purchased a Henschel at a store when traveling. We liked it so much that we purchased one for me and one as a gift. It is a great hat for any outdoor activity from rafting to birdwatching to gardening and it is easily packed. The rim protects your face and neck and the venting on the top keeps your head cool. One of the best things about these hats is that they are made in the USA!!!!

I bought this hat because I saw it on a lady Ranger at a state park, and it looked really good. I asked her about it and found out she really likes it as part of an issued uniform. It is made in the USA, too. It provides excellent sun protection, has a CoolMax headband and the top is breathable mesh. I like the hat as a functional sun protector, but not too sure I'll wear it as a fashion, everyday piece. Seemed to look better on the Ranger than it does me, but it is a really nice hat. I had been thinking I wanted some type of straw sun hat, but this one actually provides UV protection.
This may be the perfect hat.

The brim offers sun protection for walkers and hikers, with an adjustable chin cord for windy days. It's cool in summer, and a true classic year round. A most flattering style for men or women.

The hat is pretty much what I expected to receive.....well made, light, well shaped. Henschel came highly recommended by AZ-TEX hats, here in Arizona. The only thing that will bear watching is how well the brim retains it's shape over time. It's made of lighter weight fabric than I expected and I REALLY despise a mishapen brim on ANY hat. So far, it's great.

Size runs a bit odd. Had to return it for a 3xl.Otherwise it's a great hat. If you do not have problems with sizes then I would recommend it.

My favorite thing about this hat is the XXXL size. Bought the green, which is a good color. The quality was good, but I have a similar type Dorfman Pacific hat which I think is a little better. It keeps the sun off my face and my head cool. The top of the hat is sort of firm--I would prefer a softer, more flexible top. Delivery was much faster than I expected. I would recommend this hat for larger sized individuals looking for quality sun protection.

These hats are so durable-I have a tree service and my dermatologist has told me to wear a hat to avoid too much sun. My hat gets so dirty as I am running a chain saw above my head often from a 60' bucket lift. I can spray the hat down with 409, scrub it lightly with a small brush, rinse it with the sink sprayer and hang it on a clothes hanger using two clothes pins to dry. It always cleans up so well. On the other hand, the kaiki 5220 is slightly too small for my head. The green 5220 is larger and fits better (I wear a size small). I now have 5 of these hats-I ordered 2 on line and it stated there was an error so I called in the order asking the girl to be sure my order would not be doubled and was assured it would not be. But I did not attempt to return the extra order so it's my fault, not yours. I'll eventually use them all and they would only be higher priced later. Great product, thanksabunch!
