I bought these socks because I have worn Smartwool socks for about the last 6 years. They last forever! These are a bit different than the socks I have worn in the past but I like them very much. I walk 5 miles everyday and they keep my feet dry and comfortable and warm in cold weather. The one thing that has already happened which I don't like is the stitching around the "cuff" on one pair already started to unravel after just a couple of washings.

This my second pair of SmartWool socks and my first pair of SmartWool sporty socks. I had high expectations and these are even better than I imagined. They literally hug your feet, are great at wicking moisture, don't hold odors, and keep my feet at the perfect temperature no matter how cold or warm the climate. I ordered the blue color and it is pretty cute. Note about the size: If you wear a size 7, I'd recommend getting the Small size (even though Small officially cuts off at size 6.5 shoe). My SmartWool dress socks are a Med and they are just a bit too big, but Small is perfect. I am very happy with my purchase and I can't wait to buy more of these great socks.
