         The sox looked just as pictured, fit my large feet well, have bright colors and perfect knitting. I kept one pair for myself and gave the other to a friend.

         These were among a purchase of 6 Smartwool socks. I love wearing these socks now in the winter. They are so warm and comfortable. And the XL size fit my feet so great. I never want to wear my cotton socks (that don't fit) again. I went for it and am happy. Hopefully they will last a few years.

         These are exactly what I like to wear to work everyday. I stand on cement floors and like a thicker, warmer sock than cotton crews. I normally wear SW adreneline but they have elastic through the instep. I haven't been able to find any other colors in my size (M).

         I love the way these look. They are not super soft, but definitely also not itchy, which is in line with Smartwool in general. My only qualm is that after wearing only a few times, they do seem to be wearing in the heel. But, perhaps I didn't follow the correct washing instructions.

         The Smartwool Poporn Cable socks are very warm. They are thicker than other pairs of Smartwool socks that I have. Because I like to wear tennis shoes, this pair of socks is a perfect replacement for the cotton socks that I wear with tennis shoes in warmer weather.
