Read This Before Washing October 30, 2012

I like this robe because it is hard to find one that is short length, mid-sleeve and has snaps. However, I had to wash and dry it 4 times before wearing it. It is full of fuzz and lint. It is much softer on the outside than it is on the inside.

The Robe Looked Nice October 23, 2012

I bought this robe as a birthday gift for my sister. The robe looked nice when I opened it and thought she would love it. When I gave it to her I advised her to wash it before wearing as that was mentioned in the other reviews. Will it became a nightmare for her lint, lint, lint all over and the robe is still shedding. She has not been able to wear it yet. I am so embarrassed and wish I would have never purchased it.

100 COTTON ROBE October 15, 2012

This is a very comfortable 100% cotton robe. It is well proportioned and true to size. The colors offered are lovely - I purchased the lavender. I intend to purchase at least one more as it is difficult to find a 100% cotton robe at this low price. It comes in 2 lengths so be careful when you order that you get the one you intend to order. This is an all cotton garment in chenille so it will shed quite a bit in the dryer and I recommend that you wash and dry it before you wear it.

Exactly What Was Needed, Came Back for the Other Two Colors January 13, 2012

A warm robe, made of natural fibers, with snaps and pockets that was machine washable to be worn by an older woman who is always chilly. We looked all over town and found it here. So pleased with the first one in periwinkle blue I came back and ordered the lavender and pink ones too. The robe is cut with ample room to wear over clothes and is soft to the touch. It looks great on. The only issue, the snaps were hard for frail hands to snap closed. It could be done just not easily. It took a couple of attempts. Those of us with stronger hands had no problems with the snaps.Be sure to heed the warnings. Wash and dry this robe all by itself the first two or three times. I've washed each robe once. They have not passed the fuzz shedding stage that is supposed to go away after a few washes. It is too soon to report on durability. The robe looks sturdy and well made. It is such a nice robe I hope it will hold up to repeated washing. It will be worn frequently because it has quickly become a favorite.I would reccomend this robe to a friend.
