I have had problems wearing the flats and any kind of shoes with poor support. Spenco arch cushions save me from going through the painful day. I am planning to order more pairs for my sister and my mom.

I found this product worth money , and is great for person with less fat pad around arch of foot and has to stand for long at work which gives tired feet .
