A few years ago. I had heel pain so bad I would crawl out of bed on my hands and knees to avoid standing. I finally went to the Doc. He ordered spenco 3/4 arch supports and an otc anti-inflamatory. Heel felt better and eventually I quit wearing them for about 5 years because I was pain free... Needless to say my heels started to hurt again after all this time and Shoebuy.com was the only place I could find the arch supports. I recieved them so quick and again I am pain free. I highly reccomend the item and the company'

I generally like these inserts. You may take a while to adjust to them as they are very firm. I found that they make my Asics running shoes very snug; I had to re-lace them very loosely. Preferably you'd get a new shoe 1/2 size larger than usual and these inserts would fit it better.

My doctor told me that I have planter fasciitis and because of that I am getting unbearable heal pain.As part of the treatment, he tapped my leg and I found that was very helpful. So, instead of tapping every time he asked me to buy this particular brand (He is a sports injury podiatic specialist) in a sports store. I bought this one and it took a 2-3 days for me to get used to this. But now, I won't say all my pains are gone, beceuase I was told that it may take 6-12 months to go back to normal for my feet.Spenco has been very useful. I do not know whether there are any similar products by anybody else. I have not done much research on it yet. But, I made up my mind to buy another pair so that I need not switch back and forth btn my formal and sneaker shoes.
