These were exactly what I was looking for. I wear a hard plastic orthodic that only has a thin cushion. I needed something flat and flexible to go over top of it for added cushoning. These totally worked and my feet feel great.

Over the years I've tried every insole I've ever come across, both cheap and expensive. My podiatrist recommends these, and I use them in all my work boots. The only insole that gives me just the right amount of arch support, and you can easily adjust that amount also. They don't raise your heel way up like so many insoles with arch support, so your shoes/boots still fit right.
Spenco Insoles fit a size 4 M shoe.
