Spenco® ThinSole™ orthotics are designed to support your foot's arch and absorb the shock of everyday activity. The unique shell provides excellent stability without the added bulk of most orthotics.
The shell is bonded to a layer of closed-cell nitrogen-injected Spenco® material and covered with 4-way stretch nylon.

Plantar Fasciitis Cure

My doctor said the pain in my foot was from Plantar Fasciitis. It seemed to bother me when driving and pushing on my car pedal the most. He then gave me some of these to correct and support my arch. They sure feel weird but as I wear them more and more I don't really otice them. The pain is going away and I think these are the best around. I have a medium/low arch and these fit perfectly. Why shoes don't have an arch built in I will never understand.

Spenco ThinSole inserts are great. I can put them in many of my shoes. I think that I am going to take them to a reputable shoe repair and have them form the arch slightly higher. (This is recommended on the package) I have bought Spenco before (different style) and the quality is great.
