These thick, durable (and pricey, but worth it) socks have been a personal favorite for years. I wear a semi-rigid orthotics that can cause discomfort in the soles of my feet during long walks, but Thorlos' cushioning solves the problem.

I bought these socks for fitness running, and I'm thoroughly pleased with them. They're so comfortable, that I've started wearing them throughout the day even when I'm not running. They're very cushy and warm, but they stay very dry. During warmer weather, they seem to keep my feet cool and dry, so it's like the best of both worlds. Do your feet a favor and get them. You won't be disappointed.

What I like best about Thorlo socks is the consistant high quality which makes them long lasting. I have hiking socks from 15 years ago that are still in good shape. These min socks have the padding I was looking for and a snug fit. They stay put -- no sliding down around my heel.
